1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and clubph ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the clubph platform at clubph.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3Account Responsibility and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your clubph account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses activated, and any communications sent through your account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed.

5Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are intended for personal use by the qualifying account holder only.

• clubph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual offer, the specific offer terms take precedence.

6Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on the clubph platform — including slot games, live casino tables, fish games, and bingo — are provided for recreational entertainment. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or live dealer processes, and are not influenced by the platform in any way that would disadvantage players unfairly.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful, personal recreational purposes. You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in a way that is not through normal human gameplay. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or gain an unfair advantage is a serious breach of these Terms.

All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. 8Account Suspension and Termination

clubph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. This includes situations where fraud, identity misrepresentation, or prohibited conduct is suspected.

In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, the platform may place a hold on your account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification.

9Privacy and Data
